Rosy Goodman Tennant

Rosy Goodman Tennant began her dance training at age three, immediately earning exemplary marks in her Royal Academy of Dance examinations.

At age thirteen she began studying year-round with the Berkeley Ballet Theater under the direction of Sally Streets, spending summers with the Pacific Northwest Ballet School, the Rock School of the Pennsylvania Ballet, and ODC/SF.

In 2006 she graduated Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a BFA in Modern Dance. She joined Repertory Dance Theatre that spring, and performed solo roles with the company until the birth of her son in 2014. Rosy has performed locally as a guest artist for SBDance, Stephen Koester, RawMoves, and The Penguin Lady. Rosy finds immense joy teaching students of all ages, and is honored to be on faculty with RDT's Dance Center on Broadway and teaches Adult Classes at Salt Lake City Ballet.

Rosy teaches Truly Beginning, Beginning and Intermediate Adult Classes.
